11:47 a.m. Four men were drinking alcohol in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Police made at least one arrest.

1:44 p.m. Someone reported their bike seat was stolen in the 900 block of Roosa Avenue.

3:34 p.m. Someone reported that a man standing across the street was staring at them in the 600 block of Main Avenue.

8:40 p.m. A man with many syringes in his arm was in and out of alertness in the 900 block of Roosa Avenue.

10 p.m. Someone reported that people were having a concert in the backyard of a residence in the 1900 block of East Second Avenue.

10:42 p.m. A woman was putting deli meats in her bag at south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. Officers gave her a verbal warning.

Firefighters and medics responded to 16 calls Wednesday, including three nonemergency transports, two cases of stings or bites, two instances of chest pain and two gas odor investigations.
