12:41 a.m. A man was attempting to break into a house in the 500 block of East Fourth Avenue. Police made an arrest.
8:34 a.m. A woman was smoking marijuana in her car near 11th Street and East Third Avenue.
12:09 a.m. A man was talking to himself and yelling at passers-by in the east 100 block of Eighth Street.
12:32 p.m. A man possibly on meth was yelling at people in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
1:29 p.m. A man was screaming vulgar phrases in the 1000 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.
5:23 p.m. A man was jumping back and forth into the street near East Eighth Avenue and College Drive.
6:46 p.m. Someone called to report they had been threatened with a hatchet in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
7 p.m. Someone called to report that a woman had attempted to sell her drugs in the 100 block of East Fifth Avenue.
7:46 p.m. A group of people was smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the west 200 block of College Drive.
