12:22 p.m. A shoplifting incident was reported 10 minutes after the suspect left a business in the 2700 block of Main Avenue.
12:58 p.m. A speeding white Xterra with a temporary tag cut off a driver in the left-turn lane at west Third Avenue and west 23rd Street.
1:43 p.m. A homeless man was sleeping in a chair at a business in Town Plaza.
11:05 p.m. A report of people in a car that went into the Animas River in the north valley proved unfounded.
