Thursday

8:41 a.m. Someone reported that a man, who was possibly high on methamphetamine, was riding his bicycle between vehicles and yelling at traffic in the 2400 block of Main Avenue.

10:35 a.m. A drunken man urinated near an ashtray outside of Cuckoo’s Chicken House, 128 E. College Drive.

11:32 p.m. Someone reported that a drunken man was smashing into their door and ringing the doorbell nonstop at Rivergate Apartments, 555 Rivergate Lane. Police made an arrest.

Friday

3:37 a.m. Someone stole a lighter from the Conoco gas station, 901 Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest.

10:42 a.m. A drunken man urinated on a dumpster behind Wagon Wheel Liquors, 30 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.

4:39 p.m. A man with an open container of alcohol was passed out with his pants down in the east 100 block of 31st Street. Police made an arrest.

Saturday

1:18 a.m. A drunken man was passed out in a booth at Denny’s, 666 Camino del Rio.

5:07 a.m. A man jumped out of his car and threatened someone at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio.

4:31 p.m. Someone reported that a man was having sex with a woman at Schneider Park, 950 Roosa Ave.

4:38 p.m. A man who was allegedly holding a religious sign was running into traffic at Main Avenue and east 14th Street.

6:58 p.m. Five men and a woman were passing around an open container of alcohol at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio.

10:47 p.m. A man who was possibly high on drugs or drunk entered and left Walmart multiple times while swearing, at 1155 South Camino del Rio.

Sunday

4:44 a.m. Two people were reportedly held at gunpoint on the north side of Berndt Hall at Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive.

11:11 a.m. A man threatened to rob Papa Murphy’s Pizza, 12 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest.

7:01 p.m. Smoke from a possible campfire was reported at Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave. Police made an arrest.

7:43 p.m. Two people were having sex along the Animas River Trail near Albertson’s, 311 W. College Drive. Police made an arrest.

Monday

12:53 a.m. Someone was reportedly cooking methamphetamine inside a residence at Pinon Terrace Apartments, 80 Primrose Circle.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 43 calls Friday through Sunday, including five brush fires; four other types of fires; a single tree on fire; a water rescue; three people who fell; three cases of stroke; an assault; one incident involving stabbing, gunshot or penetration trauma; and one person with a headache.
