4 p.m. Someone driving a black Mazda sedan was speeding, passing on a double-yellow line and flipping off other drivers near East Eighth Avenue and College Drive.
4:50 p.m. A man was yelling and causing a disturbance in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
9:49 p.m. A homeless person was sleeping in someone’s car parked in an alley in the 700 block of East Second Avenue.
11:05 p.m. Someone was defecating outside in the east 400 block of College Drive.

11:38 a.m. Someone reported possibly being drugged Wednesday at Purgy’s Restaurant, 24 Sheol St.
2:28 p.m. Someone reported a large skinned animal on the side of the road near Meadowlark Lane and County Road 220, south of Elmore’s Corner.
6:53 p.m. A vehicle rolled over near U.S. Highway 550 and County Road 215, near Bondad Hill.
