2:04 a.m. An intoxicated man refused to leave Denny’s Restaurant, 666 Main Ave., and was asleep in the bathroom.
2:41 a.m. A woman said her friend was walking home in the 1200 block of Camino del Rio and was being harassed.
TUESDAY
10:48 a.m. A woman at Sunshine Gardens requested a phone contact regarding emails she found suspicious.
11:42 p.m. A woman in the east 300 block of Third Street reported her jewelry was stolen last week by an acquaintance.
11:54 p.m. A truck lost its load, and there were debris on the road in the 20000 block of U.S. Highway 160. The driver was hand-shoveling the debris into the truck and was blocking the fast lane.
12:14 p.m. A vehicle rolled into a parked vehicle in the parking lot of the Durango Public Library.
2:55 p.m. Two drivers, one in a blue Subaru Forester, the other in a tan Honda Odyssey, backed into each other in a parking lot in the 600 block of East Second Avenue.
5:25 p.m. An intoxicated man with a military knife was reported in the 900 block of Roosa Avenue.
5:27 p.m. A truck popped out of gear and hit another car in the parking lot in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Both vehicles were unoccupied.
5:33 p.m. An RV was illegally parked on the sidewalk in the east 200 block of 15th Street.

The Durango Fire Protection District responded to nine calls Tuesday, including a multiple-vehicle accident and an overdose or poisoning.
