11:47 a.m. A woman in a van was screaming and slapping her kids near the Mongolian Grill, 1135 South Camino del Rio, near Walmart.
3:14 p.m. A 12-year-old boy fell in the water, and he was incoherent near the fish hatchery, 151 E. 16th St.
6:06 p.m. A woman was screaming and rolling around on grass at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Police made an arrest.
7:24 p.m. Two drunken men were downing vodka and urinating in an alley in the 600 block of East Second Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 17 calls, including an assault, a traffic crash in the 2900 block of Main Avenue and a vehicle on fire in the 14300 block of U.S. Highway 160, near Hesperus.
