10:53 a.m. Several people were in front of a business screaming profanities in the 800 block of Main Avenue. Police made at least one arrest.

7:40 p.m. A man was checking car doors in the Durango Stadium 9 parking lot, 900 Trans Lux Drive.

Friday

4:42 a.m. A woman was in someone else’s car not wearing pants, according to a report in the 100 block of Pinnacle Place. The woman said she was cold.

6:34 p.m. A gas can was on fire and was possibly going to explode in the east 300 block of 32nd Street.

11:41 p.m. A drunken woman was attempting to get into someone’s vehicle in the 700 block of East Second Avenue.

Thursday

6:21 a.m. Someone found a sunglasses case on the Animas River Trial near the 1100 block of Camino del Rio that was full of needles.

8:49 a.m. Someone had slashed tires in the 3200 block of East Fourth Avenue.

Wednesday

8:27 a.m. Durango Glass lost a load of glass in the 100 block of Colorado Highway 3.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 56 calls Thursday through Sunday, including two assaults, a gas leak, two reports of smoke outside, a structure fire near North College Drive and Florida Road and seven traffic crashes.
