1:04 a.m. A caller in the 200 block of East Sixth Avenue complained of a loud party in the neighborhood.

2:55 a.m. Five gunshots were reported from the 600 block of Animas View Drive.

Wednesday

7:41 a.m. A reported bicycle theft in the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue proved unfounded.

11:40 a.m. A man dressed in white shirt and plaid shorts carrying a backpack was peering into vehicles in Schneider Park on Roosa Avenue.

12:02 p.m. A warning was issued to trespassers who were unloading inner tubes on private property in anticipation of floating on the Animas River.

12:22 p.m. A resident in the 700 block of East Fifth Avenue reported trash being dumped on the property.

5:45 p.m. A drunken man wearing a green shirt and straw hat was almost hit by a vehicle while crossing the street at the southwest corner of west Ninth Street and Camino del Rio.

5:55 p.m. A woman was being harassed via text messages by her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend.

6:18 p.m. A man was passed out in the Animas River Trail tunnel under Main Avenue at 14th Street.

6:28 p.m. An arrest was made for obscene conduct on the Animas River Trail in the 1500 block of Main Avenue.

8:07 p.m. A man was urinating on property in the 200 block of east 32nd Street.

9:24 p.m. A drunken man at Manna Soup Kitchen said he was being harassed by his girlfriend.

10:04 p.m. A caller complained of obscene conduct by juveniles in the 2400 block of Rim Drive.

10:22 p.m. A warning was issued to a man who was lying in front of the entrance to a business in the 3200 block of Main Avenue.

Durango Fire & Rescue Authority responded to 18 calls, including three falls, a brush fire, a smell of gas, a pair of traffic accidents, two cases of chest pain and a case of seizures.
