8:02 a.m. Young people in a red Toyota Camry were smoking marijuana at Folsom Park.
11:10 a.m. A man refused to leave a hotel in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.
12:34 p.m. Two vehicles were doing doughnuts in the parking lot of a business in the 800 block of South Camino del Rio.
3:05 p.m. One vehicle T-boned another at the intersection of 11th Street and East Second Avenue. At least one citation was issued.
8:09 p.m. A power line was touching a tree and sparking over a shed in the east 600 block of 31st Street.
8:11 p.m. A tree fell down and blocked half of Avenida del Sol.
8:59 p.m. A man broke a passenger window on a vehicle in the east 100 block of Ninth Street.
11:40 p.m. A power line was touching trees and flames were showing in the 2300 block of Main Avenue.
