1:23 p.m. RVs were blocking the entrance to the wastewater-treatment plant, and crews were unable to get in.

2:06 p.m. A large group of juveniles were drinking at Paradise Island and harassing people who were floating by.

Saturday

2:52 p.m. A man outside on a bench as yelling at himself at Horse Gulch Clinic, 810 East Third Ave.

3:15 p.m. Nine tubers on the Animas River had open containers near Bennett Open Space. A second report said there were 12 tubers. A third report said a bunch of intoxicated tubers were yelling.

Sunday

2:50 a.m. Neighbors were loud and setting off fireworks in 100 block of East Seventh Avenue.

6:58 p.m. Man turned himself in on an arrest warrant. He was arrested.

10:49 p.m. A drunken man was stumbling into cars near the Gaslight Theater, at Fifth Street and East Second Avenue.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to 59 calls between 5:18 a.m. Thursday and 9:47 p.m. Sunday, including animal bites and attacks on Saturday morning, a few brush fires or smoke investigations and a couple of assaults.
