12:05 p.m. A man was throwing his backpack and acting strangely in the 1000 block of Main Avenue.
2:06 p.m. A UPS van driver pulled out in front of a vehicle near 31st Street and Main Avenue.
5:45 p.m. A drunken man parked his dark-blue Dodge Ram very close to another vehicle at south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. Police made an arrest on suspicion of drunken driving.
9:17 p.m. A man was engaging in obscene conduct outside Walgreens Drug Store, 2701 Main Ave.
