7:49 p.m. Several men in a tan raft had open containers with alcohol near the 33rd Street put-in.
11:16 p.m. Police were called to Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio, because a man in the store had become irate. An arrest was made.
Wednesday
12:28 a.m. An intoxicated man was attempting to choke a woman in the 1500 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).
1:16 a.m. Police were called about a disturbance in the 700 block of Animas View Drive. Someone, possibly intoxicated, was yelling.
1:37 a.m. Police were called to help with an intoxicated woman who was in the bathroom of the Irish Embassy Pub, 900 Main Ave.
5:12 a.m. A suspicious person was given a verbal warning at Dalla Mountain Park, 3234 Junction St.
