3:41 p.m. A large fight was about to break out in Rank Park, 149 E. 22nd St.

3:52 p.m. A driver in a blue Chevy sedan with four teen passengers was revving the car’s engine near 24th Street and Main Avenue.

5:25 p.m. A woman saw a drunken man put what appeared to be a gun in the front of his pants in the 200 block of Ella Vita Court.

11:15 p.m. A cat was being loud and sounded distraught in the 600 block of Arroyo Drive.
