11:38 a.m. A big, blue recycling truck was dropping litter all over the parking lot at Lightner Creek Village, 20310 U.S. Highway 160.

1:09 p.m. People were stealing water from a fire hydrant behind Walmart.

5:52 p.m. Someone was huffing paint and smoking marijuana in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.

6:16 p.m. A man was outside trying to get people to sign a petition at Natural Grocer by Vitamin Cottage, 1123 Camino del Rio. Police issued a warning.
