9:41 a.m. Someone wanted to talk to police about another person borrowing a scooter and not returning it in the lower 100 block of Westwood Place.
12:18 p.m. Traffic controllers at a construction site were not doing their jobs and it was becoming a serious problem in the 1800 block of Main Avenue.
2:34 p.m. A man found an arrow with gun powder on the end of it in the east 400 block of 12th Street.
7:25 p.m. Two men were throwing beer bottles at each other at or near north City Market, 3130 Main Ave.
