4:02 p.m. Two juveniles were riding scooters and skateboards in the middle of the road in the 100 block of East Fifth Avenue.
5:47 p.m. A 30-year-old man was unconscious and not waking up behind the fish hatchery, 151 E. 16th St.
11:46 p.m. Someone reported a barking dog in the 700 block of East Sixth Avenue.
