9:44 a.m. Men were trying to remove plywood that had fallen onto the highway in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio.
11:59 a.m. Police issued a citation to a tour bus driver who backed into a water truck in the 400 block of Main Avenue.
3:12 p.m. Police arrested an aggressive panhandler working the median strip in the west 300 block of College Drive.
4:40 p.m. Several people had open containers north of the raft put-in in the 3300 block of East Third Avenue.
