1:04 a.m. Young people were causing a disturbance by laughing outside a house in the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue.

8:10 a.m. A manhole cover was missing in an alley in the 2700 block of Main Avenue.
9:05 a.m. A man appeared to be trying to break into a vehicle in Town Plaza.
11:44 a.m. A woman said her ex-spouse was stalking her son in the 2300 block of Main Avenue.
1:42 p.m. A man was passed out on the sidewalk in the west 100 block of 11th Street.
3:32 p.m. A woman who locked her child in a car requested help in the first block of Parker Avenue. An auto dealership couldn’t open the vehicle.
