2:15 a.m. People were making suspicious sounds and talking loudly in the room above the reporting party’s at the Adobe Inn, 2178 Main Ave. A verbal warning was issued.

4:43 a.m. A woman who had been asked to leave earlier was back and trespassing in the lobby of Homewood Suites, 15 Girard St.

5:47 a.m. An intoxicated man wearing gray clothing was trying to get into a business in the 700 block of College Drive

Tuesday

10:54 a.m. A woman was at Alpine Bank, 1099 Main Ave., and she was throwing water bottles at people. An arrest was made.

5:09 p.m. A homeless man carrying a stick was refusing to leave a business in the 200 block of West College Drive.

8:53 p.m. Someone called police to alert them that rocks were on a blind spot in the 5000 block of Main Ave.

9:20 p.m. Someone in the 2400 block of Arroyo called to alert police that he was having trouble with people whom he suspected were taking methamphetamine.

10:45 p.m. Six men were fighting. They were intoxicated, and it was unknown if they had weapons.

11:08 p.m. Someone called police about an ongoing problem with a neighbor in the initial block of Bacus Avenue. The neighbor yells at her cats “to come in” late at night.

Firefighters and medics responded to eight calls, including a fire call, two mental-health calls, a fall, a natural-gas leak and a medical call to help someone who was unconscious.
