5:07 p.m. A man was walking on top of a median on the High Bridge north of Walmart.
6:39 p.m. Three homeless men were pulling on telephone wires and rolling a joint in the east 100 block of College Drive.
Firefighters and medics responded to 10 calls Tuesday, including a fuel spill in the 20400 block of U.S. Highway 160 in west Durango.
