10:57 a.m. A man broke into another man’s apartment at the Brookside Apartments, 2331 Main Ave.

12:49 p.m. A neighbor was cursing and yelling and hit a window in the 1100 block of Goeglein Gulch Road.

4:48 p.m. Someone dumped trash on a woman’s property in the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue.

10:25 p.m. A woman reported items stolen from her vehicle by a hitchhiker she picked up in Three Springs.

Firefighters and medics responded to 24 calls, including five traffic crashes. The crashes occurred at: U.S. Highway 160 and County Road 225A, in the 2900 block of Colorado Highway 172, on Highway 160 near Durango West II subdivision, on Highway 160 near Elmore’s Corner, and in the 20400 block of Highway 160 in west Durango.
