9:57 a.m. A man wearing camouflage, a mask and carrying a large stick was dancing around an open fire near Royal Motel, 2068 Main Ave.

12:07 p.m. Men in an alley in the 900 block of East Second Avenue were free basing.

12:58 p.m. A city water tank near the city reservoir was damaged.

1:36 p.m. A man who was removed for panhandling at Four Star Exxon, 1220 Carbon Junction, moved to the sidewalk and was yelling obscenities. Police issued a warning.

5:49 p.m. A driver in a silver Ford Taurus was parking in a handicapped space without a placard at north City Market, 3130 Main Ave. Police issued a citation.

Firefighters and medics responded to 20 calls, including three fire alarms, a brush fire, and three traffic crashes.
