8:01 a.m. A man was sleeping in a gray Nissan at the Animas Mountain trailhead in the 2000 block of West Fourth Avenue.

12:50 p.m. A man was arrested for displaying a sign with obscenities in front of a business at Main Avenue and College Drive.

2:22 p.m. A caller reported that the driver of a gold-colored Chevrolet Silverado with Kansas license plates had been camped for three weeks at the X Rock trailhead.

4:24 p.m. A woman complained that someone had stolen her medication while she was in La Plata County jail.

8:53 p.m. A caller in the first block of Primrose Circle said a man and a woman were fighting, and the woman had a black eye and was screaming.
