10:53 a.m. Someone reported seeing an abandoned homeless camp with a colorful blanket and a fire ring behind the fish hatchery, 151 East 16th Street.

9:13 p.m. A homeless man was seen holding a flashlight with spikes on the end of it outside of north City Market, 3130 Main Ave.
