Wednesday
8:53 a.m. A man reportedly had been camping for three days in Memorial Park.
9:43 a.m. A man with a black backpack was lying in the planter of a business in the east 100 block of Ninth Street.
3:37 p.m. Fifteen or more teenagers were smoking marijuana in Rank Park in the east 100 block of 22nd Street.
6:02 p.m. A homeless man dressed in a green coat, blue jeans and black rain pants was at a business in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
6:10 p.m. A rooster was in the middle of the street at 11th Street and East Third Avenue.
7:24 p.m. A woman, reportedly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, was sitting in a vehicle in the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
