12:01 a.m. About a dozen young people were hanging out and being loud in the 1300 block of East Second Avenue.

Monday

8:53 a.m. A man, possibly carrying a flashlight, was banging on doors and windows in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

12:58 p.m. A suspicious-looking man was following a woman in the 1200 block of Rim Drive near the start of the Centennial Nature Trail.

1:57 p.m. A resident of the first block of Westwood Drive wanted to talk to an officer about money stolen from an apartment earlier in the day.

2:39 p.m. A caller said a man was growing marijuana in an apartment in the 20000 block of U.S. Highway 160.

7:03 p.m. A caller wanted information regarding a car boot on his son’s vehicle at west 7th Street and Narrow Gauge Avenue.

8:01 p.m. A man walking around with his pants unbuttoned was arrested at an unspecified place on an outstanding warrant.

8:48 p.m. An unattended campfire, 4-feet by 4-feet, was about five yards from a house in the 3400 block of West Second Avenue.

9 p.m. An older man, possibly drunk, wouldn’t leave a business in the 1400 block of Main Avenue.

10:35 p.m. Someone reserved a room for a 15-year-old girl at a motel in the 3000 block of Main Avenue.

Durango Fire & Rescue Authority responded to 17 calls, including two fire alarms, a fall, a traffic accident, a breathing problem and three sick people.
