12:52 a.m. Someone was passed out in an alley in the 600 block of Main Avenue.

3:51 a.m. A man was throwing things in the street and mooned a street department crew near Main Avenue and College Drive.

6:20 a.m. An older-model red Subaru ran a stop sign and caused bicyclists to crash near East Second Avenue and 32nd Street.

Thursday

2:45 p.m. A fire hydrant was knocked over on the side of the road near Riverview Drive and Florida Road.

3:20 p.m. There was a three-car accident in the 1500 block of 15th Street. No one was injured.

4:16 p.m. A lady using a walker was walking in the road near 11th Street and Camino del Rio.

8:26 p.m. Three dogs were barking for more than two hours in the 2900 block of West Second Avenue.

10:33 p.m. A man and a woman were seen keying a green Xterra parked in the east 100 block of Fifth Street.
