12:27 p.m. Someone reported a loud bongo player below his window near Main Avenue and Ninth Street.
2:23 p.m. A man punched a vehicle in the 2000 block of East Third Avenue.
4:54 p.m. A homeless woman was using obscene gestures toward people walking by at Walmart. Police made an arrest.
