3:10 p.m. Smoke was visible in the bushes behind the La Plata County Humane Society, 1111 South Camino del Rio. Police issued a warning.

3:43 p.m. Police responded to a three-car rear-end crash at 25th Street and Main Avenue.

6:57 p.m. Someone found a boat motor in the west 300 block of 23rd Street.

10:13 p.m. Smoke was visible from an electrical outlet in a unit at the Apache Mobile Home Park, 2400 Arroyo Drive.

5:42 a.m. A bag containing deer skins was left in front of a residence on U.S. Highway 160 west of Durango.

6:51 p.m. People were yelling racial slurs out of a vehicle on County Road 526, near Bayfield.

10:41 a.m. Someone reported a low-flying helicopter in the area of Thunderbird Road.

4:58 p.m. Someone reported an American flag flying upside down, a symbol of distress, on County Road 301, southwest of Elmore’s Corner.
