1:27 p.m. A woman was reportedly doing drugs in the Transit Center bathroom, 250 W. Eighth St.
4 p.m. An intoxicated man was dragging a dog with a leash at the intersection of East Third Avenue and East College Drive.
9:31 p.m. An intoxicated woman reported being assaulted in the 900 block of Rim Drive.
