12:39 p.m. A drunken man was trying to spear fish in the Animas River, but he kept falling in behind Albertsons, 311 W. College Drive.
5:39 p.m. A man was behaving obscenely in the parking lot at the Durango Mall, 800 South Camino del Rio.

Firefighters and medics responded to 64 calls Thursday through Sunday, including four traffic accidents, four people with traumatic injuries, two structure fires and two assaults.
