7:37 a.m. A person who was asleep by a statue in the 200 block of West Ninth Street was arrested on suspicion of possessing an open container.
3:35 p.m. A two car crash occurred in the 900 block of Highway 3.
4:53 p.m. A man who appeared to be intoxicated was reported walking into the road of the 3100 block of Main Avenue.
