10:20 a.m. A report of a man unconscious in snow in the 1100 block of Three Springs Boulevard resulted in an arrest on suspicion of assault.
10:50 a.m. A traffic stop in the west 100 block of 10th Street resulted in an arrest.

4:03 p.m. A car versus a pedestrian crash resulted in a citation in the 1800 block of Main Avenue.
5:53 p.m. A call with an open line in which someone could be heard screaming in the background resulted in a person at the Westwood Apartments, 60 Westwood Place, being arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order.
