11:10 a.m. Clothing was all over the road, causing a hazard in the 600 block of Camino del Rio.
2:16 p.m. Someone in a vehicle was dumping dirt on the road near Roosa Avenue and Ninth Street.
3:18 p.m. Someone had questions about being hit by bikes while downtown.
