3:14 p.m. A man was sleeping on the trail behind the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

10:45 p.m. A 17-year-old boy took mushrooms, and he was hallucinating and having difficulty breathing near East Eighth Avenue and College Drive.
