2:56 p.m. A man near the intersection of Escalante Drive and River Road was arrested on suspicion of possessing an open container.
3:59 p.m. Three parking tickets were issued in the 3000 block of East Third Avenue.
6:41 p.m. Two people at Manna soup kitchen, 1100 Avenida del Sol, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
7:21 p.m. A person who escaped from Hilltop House Community Corrections, 1050 Avenida del Sol, was arrested.

Firefighters and medics responded to 18 calls Wednesday, including 11 EMS calls, an outside storage fire and two car crashes with injuries.
