1:29 a.m. Someone was harassed by two men on bikes in the west 200 block of College Drive.
2:28 a.m. A man was using drugs in an alley in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
8:08 a.m. A vehicle struck a deer in the 1400 block of South Camino del Rio.
1:06 p.m. A female was sleeping next to a stroller with a 2-year-old in the 2500 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.
1:47 p.m. A man was irate and yelling in the west 200 block of Eighth Street.
5:44 p.m. A man was shooting heroin in the driver’s seat of a car in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Police made an arrest.
6:36 p.m. An angry man threw a cup of soda on the floor in the east 700 block of College Drive.
10:10 p.m. A man was assaulted in the 100 block of Riverview Drive.
11:05 p.m. A drunken man was in a vacant house in the 400 block of East Third Avenue.
