12:17 p.m. A dark green Subaru was rolling without a driver on Folsom Place.
Saturday
12:57 a.m. There was a loud party with music and a lot of people running around screaming near East Eighth Avenue and Seventh Street.
12:33 p.m. A man urinated on a building in the 1400 block of Florida Road.
1:26 p.m. Smoke was coming from a kitchen window in the 1200 block of Florida Road. Firefighters arrived to find burned food.
Friday
8:32 a.m. A man was huffing a substance near a pedestrian bridge in the 1300 block of Roosa Avenue.
7:11 p.m. A 70-year-old man crashed his bike and was not alert at north City Market, 3130 Main Ave.
9:29 p.m. A drunken man was walking in the middle of the road in the 300 block of East College Drive.
