9:06 a.m. A man behind the Colorado Department of Transportation building, 3803 Main Ave., was yelling obscenities.
10:59 a.m. A woman asking for rides in a parking lot in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio received a verbal warning.
12:07 p.m. A man was trying to sell items in front of a store in the 800 block of South Camino del Rio.
1:27 p.m. A stoplight in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio was turning green for both directions, causing a traffic hazard.
2:15 p.m. A man and a woman were selling rocks without a license at Main Avenue and west 10th Street.
6:37 p.m. A driver was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated after a collision on U.S. Highway 160 with a 40-year-old bicyclist who suffered a dislocated shoulder.
