10:20 a.m. Two men were sitting on a bench sharing a joint in front of a business in Town Plaza

12:55 p.m. A man wearing a black hat passed out in a garden in the 700 block of East Second Avenue. He was arrested.

2:37 p.m. An off-duty police officer arrested a man scribbling graffiti in Animas City Park in the 3200 block of East Second Avenue.

Firefighters and paramedics answered 10 calls, among them two overdoses, a fall and a fire alarm.
