8:13 a.m. A homeless man was in a sleeping bag in the 2700 block of Main Avenue.
9:49 a.m. Arrests were made after two juveniles stole a magazine from a business in the 700 block of Main Avenue.
11:17 a.m. A dozen people with an open container were drinking in a park in the 1100 block of Camino del Rio.
1:54 p.m. Arrests were made after beer was stolen from a Coors truck in the 700 block of east College Drive.
5:39 p.m. A man was passed out between Albertsons market and the DoubleTree Hotel parking lot.
