9:00 a.m. A man was camping in the shrubbery behind the fish hatchery in the 100 block of east 16th Street.
11:43 a.m. A caller was in front of police headquarters in a truck with a woman passed out from too much alcohol.
3:04 p.m. A man who was outside a business in the 600 block of Main Avenue screaming obscenities was arrested.
4:16 p.m. A shoplifter was arrested at a business in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
10:17 p.m. An intoxicated man was arrested after he broke a window in a business in the 900 block of Main Avenue.
