1:14 p.m. A man was slumped against a building and yelling obscenities in the 700 block of Main Avenue.

4:07 p.m. A trash can was stolen from the residence at 695 East Fourth Ave.

5:30 p.m. Two small boys were throwing a football to each other over traffic, and one child ran into the street, near the End-O-Day Motel, 350 East Eighth Ave.

Thursday

6:25 a.m. A man who sounded shaken up, called police to report that he veered off the road at 27320 U.S. Highway 550. He was reportedly unsure if he was injured at the time of the call.

Tuesday

12:12 p.m. Someone heard 20 gunshots in 10 minutes in the 2600 block of County Road 234.

12:46 p.m. Someone reported a dangerous discharge of a firearm in the 2600 block of County Road 234.

6:08 p.m. A resident reported that their neighbor was burning illegal items in the 33700 block of U.S. Highway 160.

7:13 p.m. Two gunshots were heard at 421 Horizon Drive.

Wednesday

5:42 p.m. A woman was screaming for help at 135 Suncloud Lane.

Firefighters and medics responded to 19 calls Wednesday, including three sick people, two fires, two traffic crashes and one case of someone who fainted or was unconscious.
