12:03 p.m. A man was sleeping in the bushes in the 1900 block of East Second Avenue.
12:06 p.m. A man was lying on the ground with his pants down behind Park Elementary School, 510 East Sixth Ave.
12:44 p.m. A man exposed himself and urinated in a grassy area in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio. Police arrested him.
2:44 p.m. A man was yelling obscenities at someone whose dog was in the water in the 3300 block of East Third Avenue.
4:14 p.m. A man sent a woman a message with a photo of her house and told her was going to come visit her in the 400 block of East Eighth Avenue.
4:49 p.m. A woman was walking in the middle of the road in the 14000 block of La Posta Road.
4:57 p.m. People were using hangers to try to get into a vehicle in the 500 block of South Camino del Rio.
10:25 p.m. A woman urinated on an ATM and threw a traffic cone at a bicycle stand in the 2500 block of Thomas Avenue. Police arrested her.
11:58 p.m. A man was screaming and knocking things over in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
