4:05 p.m. A vehicle ran a stop sign and allegedly crashed into another vehicle in the area of Eighth Street and East Fifth Avenue.
8:33 p.m. A man was arrested after allegedly breaking a window on a vehicle in the 70 block of Mercury Village Drive.
11:04 p.m. Someone was arrested after a disturbance and kidnapping was reported in the 2700 block of Main Avenue.
