8:36 a.m. Police arrested someone for assault after receiving a 911 call with screaming in the background in the west 200 block of 28th Street.
1:05 p.m. A raft flipped in the Animas River near Santa Rita Park.
3 p.m. A man with an illegal substance or object trespassed at the ballpark at the La Plata County Fairgrounds.
4:12 p.m. Someone broke into a home in the 2400 block of Arroyo Drive and stole something.
8:09 p.m. A man was walking in the middle of U.S. Highway 160 near mile marker 88.
8:55 p.m. A window air conditioning unit in a building in the 1100 block of Main Avenue caught fire.

2:05 a.m. A woman reported people outside her home on County Road 300, west of the Durango-La Plata County Airport.

9:48 a.m. Someone stole something from a business somewhere on Trimble Crossing Drive.
1:27 p.m. A vehicle rolled near mile marker 106 on U.S. Highway 160, east of Bayfield.
4:39 p.m. A thief may have stolen narcotics from a home in the 34200 block of U.S. Highway 550, north of Hermosa.
7:35 p.m. Two children were on the roof of Bayfield Elementary School.
10:59 p.m. Someone’s girlfriend took a vehicle while drunk and without permission in the 34300 block of U.S. Highway 160, east of Elmore’s Corner.
