4:39 p.m. A 44-year-old man on Rio Vista Circle took methamphetamine and was having difficulty breathing.

3:39 p.m. Three vehicles, a light-blue truck, a white car and a maroon car, were racing near Buck Highway (County Road 521) and Bear Dance Road near Ignacio.
