2:28 a.m. A man believed to be intoxicated refused to leave a restaurant in the 600 block of Camino del Rio. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for public intoxication.
4:56 a.m. A man believed to be intoxicated was asleep in the men’s bathroom of a restaurant in the 600 block of Camino del Rio. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for public intoxication.
5:50 a.m. A man believed to be intoxicated was asleep in a restaurant in a hotel in the 500 block of Camino del Rio. Officers gave at least one person a verbal warning for public intoxication.

12:12 p.m. At least two people were having sex in a vehicle near the intersection of East Fourth Avenue and Second Street.
12:29 p.m. A woman was hitting a child at McDonald’s. At least one person was arrested for disorderly conduct.
2:57 p.m. A patient assaulted a caretaker at a condominium complex in the 3200 block of East Second Avenue.
9:36 p.m. Someone stole goods from a store in the 2100 block of Main Avenue, and the thief threatened the clerk’s life.
