7:09 a.m. A woman lost her two dogs in the 2300 block of Main Avenue.

10:23 a.m. People were throwing bottles at a man on the corner of East Third Ave. and east College Drive.

2:26 p.m. Someone called to report copper tubing and other debris in the 1000 block of South Camino del Rio.

5:07 p.m. Someone left a threatening note on a vehicle in the 100 block of Confluence Avenue.

6:08 p.m. A horse carriage broke down and was blocking traffic on the intersection of East Third Avenue and east Third Street.

Firefighters and medics responded to 16 calls Tuesday, including three non-emergency transports, three reports of smoke outside, and two traumatic injuries
